The Cape Ann Animal Aid’s Annual Dog Day  will be held on Sunday  September 14th 11-3pm  and find fun for the whole family–including your dog at Stage Fort Park  in Gloucester MA.

* For the Dogs…Agility Court, Doggy Games Quest, & Doggy Craft Corner
* Fun for All…Vendor Fair, Music, Raffles, Prizes, BBQ food and more!

As always, the event is free to attend and licensed and vaccinated dogs are welcome! There is a $10 participation fee per dog to participate in the Doggy Activities and gain access to the agility court.

Quincy Animal Shelter Cause 4 Paws Dog Walk/Run 2014

Quincy Animal Shelter’ will be holding the Cause 4  Paws on Sunday October 19th at 8;30 Squantum Point Park.  It is one the  favorite fundraising events which includes a 5K Run, a 1 Mile Dog Walk, a dog agility course for your 4-footed friend, Quincy Police’s K9 demonstration, raffles, prizes, vendors, refreshments, a professional pet photographer booth and more. This is a rain or shine event with close to 300 participants attending last year; we’re hoping to see our participation numbers grow this year. Each person who registers by October 1st will receive a commemorative Cause 4 Paws T-shirt.

Survivor Tales Animal Rescue Sunset Reggae Party 2014 in Hull

The 2nd Annual Sunset Reggae Party  to benefit Survivor Tails Animal Rescue will be held Sea Dog Brew Pub in Hull on Saturday August 2nd from 7-11pm. This fun l Sunset Reggae Party on the marina, with views of the Boston skyline!! LIVE Reggae by the DREADROCKS!!

Survivor Tails Animal Rescue is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization that exists to rescue, rehome, and rehabilitate homeless, unwanted, abused, and neglected dogs and cats and place them in loving and responsible forever homes.

We aim to decrease the euthanasia rates of our high-kill shelter partners by promoting adoption and educating the public on the importance of spaying/neutering and microchipping their pets.

Lastly, we strive to maintain a network of dependable foster families, capable veterinarians, and experienced trainers to ensure preparedness of our rescued pets for healthy, fulfilling lives in their adoptive homes.

The New England Pet Expo will be held on September 20, 2014 at the Shriners Auditorium in Wilmington from 10am-6pm  Parking and admission are FREE & Pets are welcome!
The New England Pet Expo is a woofing, chirping, and meowing good time for the whole family! Four-legged friends can receive “spa treatments” from local groomers, sample delicious treats, and try on the latest in furry fashions; their humans will enjoy interacting with top trainers and learning pet-care tips from animal welfare organizations.

Rounding out the list of activities is an agility demonstration, pet talent and costume shows, and an exciting pet/owner look-alike contest!
